In a video posted on the 12th of May, 2024, Abhigya Anand compared 2024 to 1971 and stated that there would be a repeat of 1971 again, with India, Pakistan and Bangladesh being affected.

Hindu minorities were attacked, temples and homes were pillaged, over 300 people were killed and the Sheikh Hasina Government was toppled, with the Prime Minister fleeing the country.
